Products
Our products are handcrafted and may be made to order. Natural differences in wood grain, color, texture, and appearance are expected and make each product unique. Minor natural variations are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photographs accurately. Screen settings and natural material differences may cause slight variations in appearance.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, payment problems, or an inability to complete the requested customization. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for checking all dimensions, colors, materials, and customization details before confirming an order. Products manufactured according to custom dimensions, colors, specifications, or personalized requests might not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange after production has started, except where required by law or when the product is defective or incorrect.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and clearance fees might be charged separately where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment and billing information.
Production and Shipping
